Vanadium is important for the mineralization of bones and teeth. It contributes to the synthesis of the biogenic amine choline and is required for the activity of the enzyme cholinesterase. In the metabolism of fats, vanadium can inhibit the synthesis of cholesterol. Vanadium is also involved in the metabolism of iron. In biological systems, vanadium probably serves as a catalyst for redox systems, which regulate the exchange of electrons during the production of energy. The influence of vanadium on blood sugar has not yet been clarified. In animal experiments, vanadium had an insulin-like effect on blood sugar. There is not enough evidence to date to show whether similar effects occur in humans. In 1985, for example, the journal "Science" published a report on the stabilizing effect of vanadium in diabetes. Vanadium is believed to help regulate blood sugar. Vanadium may be able to protect against high levels of LDL and triglycerides, which are among the more "bad" components of cholesterol.

Use
for the optimal absorption of colloidal vanadium: This effect can be achieved by taking ½ TL 2x daily with meals and a glass of water. The intake period should be at least 10 weeks. As with all other colloids: try it yourself, not every body reacts the same. The spoon used should be made of plastic or wood (no metal!).
